If you haven't hopped on the crypto train then this will make absolutely no sense to you. To get you up to speed basically the state of crypto is now embracing Nonfungible tokens (NFTs). The most recent development in this space is Topps MLB creating their own digital trading cards.

The Experience

Overall … Ehhh but I’m hopeful

At yesterday's drop, the original release at 1 pm EST was postponed due to the extremely high demand. The demand has me optimistic with this field although it is clear the infrastructure is lacking a bit.

Once purchasing was available there was a whole lot of refreshing and prayers to be able to complete an order. Many people had reported errors in checking out and orders not being processed.

Although I will have to not I struggled to be able to check out but I was able to get my hands on some of these coveted packs. As well as many others, so overall the experience wasn't great but what do you expect from emerging tech?

Yesterday there were two packs available for sale using USD.

The Standard Pack sold for 5 dollars a pack with a maximum quantity of 10. Currently reselling for approximately 5x the original price.

The Premium Pack sold for 100 dollars a pack with a max of 10 as well. Today this pack is selling for over three times the original price.
